1. What software or programs do I need to view the movies?
You will need to have Windows Media player 8 or higher version installed on your computer. If you do not have Windows Media Player you can download it from Windows Media Download Center.
2. Are the movies Apple Macintosh compatible? What format are they?
Movies are wmv files and Macintosh compatible. Just you need Windows Media Player for Mac version 8 or 9. If you can watch our previews, you will have no problem. The movies you download are much higher quality than previews, but they are exactly same format.
3. How do I select my FREE movies?
To select your free movies, simply add the free movies to your cart before you are ready to checkout. The free movies will be added to your cart, but you will not be billed for them.
4. When I download movie files, I get the error "Unable to locate file".
If you are using OEM browsers or MSN Explorer, please try Internet Explorer or FireFox instead. It will solve the problem in general. If you still have the problem, please click here for more information about this error. Although the linked page is about downloading application files (not movie files), basically it's the same issue (file download).
5. I cannot find the movie file on my computer. What do I do?
When you are downloading a movie, you must select the 'Save' option in order to save the movie file to your computer. If you clicked the 'Open' button, then the file did not save to your computer. You will need to download the movie again using the 'save' button.
6. I lost my account# and/or password. How can I recover it?
If you have lost your account# or password, please click the following link www.easycumeasyblow.com/recover/ and enter the email address that you used at the time of purchase. Your account information will be sent to you instantly.
7. I just purchased movies but did not receive my Download Account Number and Password.
Please contact our support team via email at support@easycumeasyblow.com.
8. I sent an email to support@easycumeasyblow.com, but haven't received the answer.
Your email may have not delivered due to some technical issues between mail servers. Please send your email to twinstones@gmail.com in this case. We will reply to your email as soon as possible.
9. Will I be charged any type of monthly fees?
No, you will only be billed once at the time of purchase. Just relax and enjoy the movie. There's no recurring charges!
10. Is my credit card information secure?
