Acceptance of Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a binding legal agreement between you, an individual, and Twin Stones Entertainment ("Twin Stones") regarding your use of Twin Stones EasyCumEasyBlow website at
www.easycumeasyblow.com (the "Website") and EasyCumEasyBlow content download service (the "Service"). Please read this Agreement carefully. By browsing or using the Site, or registering for or using the Service, you accept this Agreement and any modifications that may be made to the Agreement from time to time. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you should not use the Website or the Service.
The terms "you," "your," and "yours" refer to you, the individual using the Website or the Service. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Twin Stones.
The Website and Service
Visitors to the Website may browse titles of Twin Stones content and use a limited, revocable, nontransferable, non-commercial use end user license of the demonstration version of Twin Stones's proprietary video clipping technology. Subscribers to the Service may, in accordance with this Agreement, download titles, or portions of titles, to a single personal computer or other storage device in accordance with the description of the applicable download service.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Website or the Service. Use of the Website or the Service is void where prohibited. You represent and warrant that the profile information you submit is true and accurate and that you are 18 years of age or older and are fully able and competent to enter into, and abide by the terms of this Agreement. The Website and the Service are not intended for those under the age of 18. You further represent and warrant that you understand the nature of the content published on this site, namely, sexually explicit materials, and that you voluntarily and knowingly choose to view such material and that such material does not offend or vex your sensibilities. Should you be unable to affirmatively make the representations and warranties contained herein, do NOT use this Service.
Description of the service
Twin Stones will provide you with the download location for materials purchased on EasyCumEasyBlow.com, as well as a User Download ID and password to your download location via Email. The download link for each movie is valid for two downloads only. You have a strict obligation to keep the Download ID and password confidential. Should you have reason to believe that either may have become compromised, you must immediately inform the website by emailing support@easycumeasyblow.com
Fees and Payment
When you purchase our Service, your credit card will be debited immediately. By purchasing our Service, you authorize Twin Stones to direct the third party payment processor specified by you during the registration process to charge the credit card identified by you (which you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use) all applicable fees for any purchases you make from Twin Stones, in United States dollars, including all applicable taxes. You will receive a copy of the account of charges for purchases made on EasyCumEasyBlow.com via email. You must comply with the terms established by the payment processor. You acknowledge and agree that Twin Stones undertakes no responsibility regarding the payments you make to the payment processor for your purchase of our Service. All disputes regarding payment, refunds, non-payment, and any other matter having to do with subscription payments charged to you by the payment processor as a result of your subscription of the Service are between you and the payment processor. You indemnify and hold Twin Stones harmless from any and all claims by you or the payment processor regarding any of the foregoing.
Restrictions
You must comply with all applicable laws when using the Service. Except as may be expressly permitted by applicable law or authorized by us in writing, you will not, and will not permit anyone else to: (a) reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, publicly perform, or use for any commercial purpose any content, or any portion of content, that is available on the Service or utilize any tool or content furnished by Twin Stones through the Service for any purpose other than your personal end use; (b) use any automated tool to use the Service; (c) make available your access to the Service to another person; (d) circumvent or disable any digital rights management, usage rules, or other security features of the Website or Service; (e) use the Website or Service in a manner that threatens the integrity, performance, or availability of the Website or Service; or (f) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright notices) on any portion of the Website, Service, or content that you download via the Service.
Fraud warning and Credit Card Chargebacks
Payment for the services provided to you at and/or through the website may be made by automatic credit card or debit card debit and you hereby authorize Twin Stones to transact such payments on your behalf. You agree not to report as lost or stolen any credit card which you have used in conjunction with payment to the website, or as unauthorized any charge by the website, for any goods or services, for which you do not have good reason to believe is, in fact, lost, stolen or unauthorized. You hereby agree that any such fraudulent reporting of a lost or stolen credit card used to obtain goods or services from the website, or any fraudulent reporting of an unauthorized charge to the website on your credit card which has been made by you or anyone under your authority, at a time when a charge or other obligation for payment for goods and/or services to the website remains outstanding at the time of such fraudulent reporting, you shall be liable to Twin Stones for liquidated damages of $25,000.00. The liability for liquidated damages specified in this Paragraph shall not limit any other liability you may have for breach(es) of any other terms, conditions, promises and warranties set forth in this Agreement.
If you request a refund from your bank or card issuer due to unauthorized or fraudulent use, Twin Stones can at its discretion prevent further unauthorized use, by blocking your account and card from use on this website. Twin Stones reserves the right to charge you reasonable fees to recover its expenses on account of chargebacks.
Content download license & restrictions
After you have made purchases from the website, you are hereby authorized a single license to download, copy, or print material found on the site. This license shall be granted for sole use via one computer. All materials are provided for personal use and shall not be used for any commercial purposes or by any commercial entities. Commercial use of either the website or any material found within is strictly prohibited. No material within the site may be transferred to any other person or entity, whether commercial or non-commercial. In addition, materials may not be modified, or altered. Materials may not be displayed publicly, or used for any rental, sale, or display. Materials shall extend to copyright, trademarks, or other proprietary notices there from. Twin Stones and the website reserve the right to terminate this license at any time if the terms of this agreement are breached. In the case that the terms are breached, you will be required to immediately destroy any information or material printed, downloaded or otherwise copied from the site.
Availability
The website does not guarantee or warrant the compatibility of your equipment, computer or software, including but not limited to, the type of computer, computer configuration, browser software, other software, Internet account, TCP/IP, Winsock or online service. The website is not responsible for any interruption in service or inability to access the website due to technical difficulties or failure of the Internet, World Wide Web, phone lines, switching or any other causes beyond its control.
Links to Third Party Sites
The Site may contain links to sites that are controlled by third parties. Those linked sites are not controlled by Twin Stones and you acknowledge that Twin Stones is not responsible for any content on any linked site. Twin Stones provides links as a convenience only, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Twin Stones of any linked site.
The website does not screen or endorse advertisements or communications submitted to it by third-party licensees, advertisers, or visitors for electronic dissemination through the website. You are advised to use your own judgment to evaluate all advertisements and other communications available at or through the use of the website prior to purchasing goods and/or services described therein or otherwise responding to any communication at the website.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Twin Stones and the website from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, actions, suits or other expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of a breach by you of any of your covenants, representations or warranties contained herein. Limitation of Liability

TWIN STONES IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM DISSEMINATING, FAILURE TO DESSEMINATE, OR INCORRECTLY OR INACCURATELY DISSEMINATING ANY MATERIALS, DATA, ADVERTISEMENT OR OTHER COMMUNICATION AT OR THROUGH THE WEBSITE.
General Legal Notices
If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid or enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.
We recommend to print out all transaction data and the Terms of Service and Use and to keep them at an easily accessible place.
You acknowledge, represent and warrant that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them as part of and in consideration of the use of service.
The website reserves the right to alter or delete material from the site at any time without notification.
